Free shipping on orders over $75

Most of our orders are shipped using USPS. This is the fastest and most cost-effective way of shipping heavy wax.

You we always receive email messages throughout our order preparation and shipping process. The shipping email you receive will also have tracking information.
Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we generally do not accept returns. We do, however, want to extend the option of returning unused and unopened wax for a refund if there is something wrong with our product. We stand behind everything we sell 100%.

Before you purchase any of our wax in bulk, we highly recommend you purchase a sample pack. We want to make sure that our products will work for your salon 100%. We offer two sample packs. One is with 14 ounce wax cans and the other is with 1 kg wax bags for larger sampling. The samples are provided to you at true wholesale pricing, and you will also receive a credit for your samples on your first bulk order.
