What is ProWax and how did you get started?

My name is Leonard Serrani and I have been a wax instructor for over 13 years. I have used and sampled virtually every wax product on the market and have been less than thrilled each time. Most of them were very expensive and we're still a compromise. Most of the hard waxes took to long to set and stuck to the skin.
So it began! I designed it myself! After about 12 months of working with a talented Group of cosmetic chemist, we finally came up with what I consider the best waxes on the market. Our product line today consists of 2 high-quality hard waxes, one multipurpose signature strip wax, pre-wax cleaner, post-wax oil and a fantastic retail roll-on exfoliator for your clients to take home. Why is the discounted price only available on bulk orders?

ProWax is a small wholesale wax company working on a very slim profit margin.
Think of ProWax as a wholesale buying club available to everyone with no monthly or yearly fee. Most salons use our product in quantity so it makes sense to have our wholesale pricing available for bulk quantities only. It is easier for you to order and for us to ship. Our case quantities for wax are perfectly set up to maximize shipping costs to the volume of each box. We do offer a sample pack at a reduced rate so you can try our products prior to purchasing a larger quantity. |

I never received my order what should I do?

If you received a tracking number your package has left our facility and is in transit.
Dealings with the shipping company will be handled much quicker if you contact them. They will most likely ask you questions regarding your location and have you deal with your local postal office or UPS location. |
